Aaron Yousefzadeh, Founder & Principal Attorney is a Los Angeles native and proud Double Bruin, having earned his B.A. in Psychology and J.D. from UCLA. While attending UCLA School of Law, he received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Silver Award in recognition of his academic achievement.

Upon graduating from UCLA School of Law and being admitted to the California Bar, Mr. Yousefzadeh joined a national defense firm, where he defended and advised companies in employment law litigation, personal injury claims, business litigation, and insurance bad faith matters. He also advised an international company on complex employment law issues arising in the course of its business.

Following his tenure as a defense attorney, Mr. Yousefzadeh transitioned to a plaintiff side employment law firm, where he represented employees wronged by their employers. He helped recover millions of dollars  in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, hostile work environments, and wage and hour violations, including wage theft, unpaid overtime, unpaid minimum wages, and meal and rest break violations.

Drawing on experience representing both employers and employees, Mr. Yousefzadeh brings a well-rounded perspective to every case and is committed to protecting the rights of California workers.

Mr. Yousefzadeh earned the Rising Star distinction from Super Lawyers in 2026 and 2027, an honor awarded to only the top 2.5% of attorneys in California.
